Pole dancing lessons are for fun and fitness and women of all shapes, sizes and ages. We guarantee you will be addicted to the pole after just a couple of hours of spinning!

It is excellent for improving muscle tone and especially good for getting rid of those dreaded bingo wings! Women strut away from our classes feeling fabulous and with a new found confidence.

Held in our bar, not a gym, it means that our classes have a fantastic social element and the chance for you to have a drink with your fellow students before/after classes.
